Middle School Sports

For students to participate in inscolastic sports for the Watkins Glen Middle School your student must sign up outside the Middle School Gyms.  Each student must then go to the health office and pick up a

PINK ATHLETIC COMPETITION HEALTH SCREENING FORM/ ATHLETIC CONTRACT. 

This form needs to be filled out/signed and returned to the HEALTH OFFICE to be elligible to start practice.  Every Athlete needs a Physical/ sport screening yearly.
